Property is in a great location close to transport and shops, great facilities for the kids. Just take note of distance between picking up keys and apartment not ideal with tired kids late at night

Check in process was frustrating. Apartment had no tea/sugar/ milk condiments for travellers. 2 single beds in dining area were on wheels and moved around whenever used. Not really suitable. A bit of an after thought? PowerPoint in kitchen was wobbly. Building facilities were amazing and great location. Next time will book direct with property.

Overall we had a great stay and this property was great value for money. We had a couple of small (but not serious issues) i.e. there was no toilet paper when we arrived and no wifi instructions etc. This was all resolved quickly by the property. Great location and easy parking. Thank you!

The property we stayed at was amazing value for its price. Spectacular ocean views from the bedroom and living room. Big apartment with full kitchen. Bathroom was beautiful. Location is right in the centre on surfers paradise with everything basically at your door step. Had such a lovely time staying here we will definitely be coming back! Thankyou!

Very hard to book into. Thought it was apartments with a lobby, but turns out you are meant to book in online 48 hours before you arrive so they can give you a PIN number and instructions for key and where to go to collect it and then where to go to to park and where to go to to your actual building and room. It was pouring down and we were driving around in circles called them and finally ran upstairs in some ally and they were closed. It then took another hour of me standing outside on the phone to the ‘holiday paradise’ people to be able to give me the pin for the key that was outside their quarters. Soaked and cold into car payed for an hour in some random parking as nothing around we finally found the north tower and our parking space. There were no luggage trolleys at all so a few trips up and down from our floor had to be done. Amazing views in the apartment, the beds were comfy, lounge dining and kitchen were great. The wifi didn’t go, I phoned the holiday paradise they said leave off for a few minutes and it will reboot. I tried that and nothing a couple of times nothing. Tried it again day or 3 and finally it worked, that was quite disappointing. The bathroom is a health and safety risk, very unsafe, they need non stick mat and also the water goes beyond the drain and you end up mopping up with towels that you don’t get replaced and need to use the washing machine and dryer. The spa bath was good. The bathroom door didn’t shut properly at all-not good.

Appartment was nice inside, the hallway was dirty and smelling like smoke at night time , wasn’t good condition and my children couldn’t sleep at night, my son has asthma so when I asked to be moved they couldn’t accommodate us. Vacuum cleaner wasn’t working properly. The view was fantastic and other than what I said above the location was fantastic and we enjoyed our holiday. Next time you have to let families know if this is a smoking floor.

This unit has an amazing view and the spa bath is to die for and exactly what we needed after a day walking around the theme parks. Fantastic location, its right in the middle of Surfer's Paradise. Parking was a little tricky due to google maps telling us we had arrived when we were at the building next door - we only made that mistake once. A few little minor issues with appliances in the unit otherwise we would have given 5 stars. Sofa bed really needs to be upgraded - its terrible and not really suitable for sleeping on and listing needs updating to include correct phone numbers.

Nice view from unit but unit itself is in need of some repairs and new furniture (sofa bed was unusable and couches stained). Needs just the simple things as well like some tea bags and a little milk in the fridge!

Great view, so close to restaurants, Woolworths right downstairs! We had a 1.5 apartment and it was very spacious! A few cupboards in the apartment show some wear but otherwise in a great condition.

Beautiful view, central location. Room was clean but hasn’t been updated in a while. Kitchen equipment could use a deep clean as some equipment like the kettle was yuck. Other than that was a nice easy stay.
