Location 10/10! Close to supermarket, restaurants, beach, pacific fair - would recommend as can walk everywhere. Clean, quiet, spacious apartment with good amenities. Big living/dining area for 2 bedroom apartment, great for families. Washing machine / dryer and a big ensuite was great for kids. View from apartment was great - beach views. Big pool for kids. We would stay again and recommend!

The room had some beach views which was lovely. We felt the room to feel dark. No island bench in oir room either which made it hard for cooking. The curtains had stains. It was an average room. Facilities were good.

Wonderful stay and highly recommend this property!

Wonderful holiday we had at this property ! Perfectly Clean 2 bedroom unit , well appointed, spacious and comfortable with the great building facilities ! An excellent location , close to the beach, Woolies and restaurants! A very easy /clear check in / out instructions and prompt bond return, Freindly team to collect keys ( 2 sets of keys as well ) ! Thank you GCLR ! We will be back !

Property was clean and well presented. Kitchen and laundry had all we needed. Disappointing there was no storage in 2nd bedroom which meant the kids lived out of suitcase. Hotel and surroundings were also clean. Pool was not lit up like picture! Didn't realise there was only one bathroom either not their fault but mine. Very easy walk to groceries, dining and beach

The property and location exceeded our expectations. Our only criticism would be that we only got one towel each to use for three nights and four days so had to keep reusing a wet towel. And we only got two rolls of toilet paper for 4 people. So extra towels and spare toilet paper for would’ve been great.

Family holiday

A great central place in Broadbeach, which is across the road from the beach. Multiple restaurants and cafes in very close proximity. Family holiday 2 adults 2 teenagers in a two bedroom apartment. Simple check in process. Room clean and new appliances. Beds comfy. Blockout curtains and soundproof windows. Access to WiFi, Netflix, Stan The room a touch on the small side for our family. More ideal for a couple or young family, Access to outdoor heated pool, gym, pool table. Would definitely stay again, but in a bigger apartment.

The Pool areas were fantastic and overall the apartment was great, but there is definitely signs of wear and tear in bathrooms and walls desparately need a paint. Furnishings were mostly very good, but the bed mattress whilst comfortable had stains and there were no mattress protectors on the bed. The second bedroom also did not have a lamp to night time. Balconies were very very dirty with soot all over them.

Although the room itself was very nice, other amenities and hotel reception were not up to the expected standard for the price we paid. For example; The elevators were flooded and therefore mostly out of order on our first day, while we completely understand this is out of their control, the response and the way this was handled was quite disappointing. When we needed help with our room they refused to send someone up because of the elevators (we were on the 6th floor and routinely used the stairs). The stairs themselves were dark, confusing to navigate and the doors would not open from within the stairwell. We were not informed that the spa was out of order our whole stay for PLANNED maintenance (in winter). Not all the lights in our room worked, the internet on the TV would not connect and we received a very slow response to this. Because we booked through a third party, the hotel was very resistant to help us with any issues - and outright refused to hold our bags in their designated bag room. We understand that this isn’t this companies fault but the reception was very rude and not willing to help third party bookings and seemed upset that we had used the third party at all.
