An amazing property with the best location in Surfers a small complex which means minimal people in the pool and using the facilities. Stunning views in the beachfront apartment we stayed in. Close to surfers but not too busy, located opposite a patrolled flagged section of the beach. The property managers were extremely helpful, we can’t wait to stay there again!!

Right on the beach which is great! However the unit is not clean and a few things broken inside. Also the sewer smell bad.

The ground floor is a great location however that is where it stops. This apartment is in desperate need to redecorating and repairing. The is a huge hole in the the worn out leather lounge, the walls and skirting boards are crumbly and in desperate need of paint and repair, there are tiles missing outside and the inside curtains have black mould on them and the Venetian blinds are dusty and rusty. We had the manager get the cleaner back in as the floors were still dirty and the windows were disgusting with hand and finger marks all over them just to name a few. This apartment is in an ideal location however it desperately needs money spent on it! The owner of this apartment must be greedy and stupid.. with all the other properties on the gold coast why would you expect people to stay here? We had to extend our stay due to flight issues but i couldnt wait to get home. Never again!!

Greatest location - and really nice and spacious

Location that you cannot beat! Really on the beach - and nice walking distance to "downtown Surfers Paradise" so you are still a bit away from it all but can easily join in if you feel like it. Nice appartements, but ours didn't have that great kitchen utensils (only 1 frying pan, no sharp knives, limited number of plates etc) No big issue though. Internet is really poor - but with a decent dataplan of your own, you are OK.

Very central location, great ocean views from every room in the apartment. Only downside was very noisy from cars at all hours, not normal traffic, most likely young guys in loud vehicles who love to hear themselves echo off the buildings. Pool area was great and it was heated.

Fantastic location, walking distance to everything and SENSATIONAL views of the beautiful beach, the pic on website doesn't do it justice. The Apartment is spacious and well equipped with everything you could need. Property managers were friendly and helpful. Everything was easy, we didn't want to leave.

Location is great. Right next to the beach. Amenities such as pool, spa and sauna in great condition. Slightlt disappointed by showers in apartment bathrooms that didnt work well. Few of the lights in the bedrooms did not work. Nevertheless, we had a great time.

The property was in an excellent location and we had an enjoyable stay but the wardrobes were broken and need fixing and there was a slight odour in the apartment that didn't go away for the duration of our stay. Someone damaged my car in the underground car park and dented the back passenger door. Apart from that we enjoyed the stay.

We loved the fact that we were on the ground floor. Able to walk out on to the patio and be only seconds to the beach. The suite was huge and even had our own pet geckos.

11階のお部屋でした。どの部屋からもオーシャンビューで、夕日も朝日も見れる素晴らしいお部屋でした！！ 海の風をかんじながらの朝ごはん作り。 ビーチで遊ぶ娘達にベランダから手を振る事も可能です！ シティにも徒歩10分以内です。 調理器具もひと通り揃っています。 調味料は一切無いので準備は必要です。 洗濯機も乾燥機もあるので帰ってからの洗濯物の片付けが無くてとても楽ちんでした！ ただ洗剤も一回分しかないので、持って行くか、現地のスーパーで調達が必要です。 億ションに住んでるかの様な現実逃避の出来る素晴らしいお部屋でした！

2年前の年末年始に引き続き、2度目の滞在でした。必要な物なども分かっていたのでいくつか（トイレットペーパーや食洗機洗剤、洗濯洗剤など）持参しました。到着が早かったのですが、大急ぎで準備をしてくれました。ベランダで目の前の海を毎朝見ながらお茶をのみ、カウントダウン花火を家族と共にスーパーで買ったチーズなどをおつまみに酒盛りしながら鑑賞しました。サーファーズパラダイスから5分程度ですが、程よく静かでそれでいて便利な立地です。まるで自宅にいるような大変くつろぎ易い室内（基本的なものは何でも揃ってます）で最高です。英語の全く出来ない私達にも丁寧に対応して下さるオーナーに感謝です。 もしひとつだけ不満をいうとすれば、海外あるあるですが、シャワーの水圧が低めなことくらいです。 是非またゴールドコーストに行った際には、泊まりたいとおもいます。

Disappointed

This is not a hotel at all - it is a 3 star self catering apartment- byo toilet paper and tissues - free internet was terrible and did not stay connected for more 5 minutes- bathroom was not cleaned before we came and had rubbish in it . The beds were terribly soft and over used -left us all with back pain . Before you leave you are given a note from management to clean you own rubbish and wash the dishes or you are charged extra . The rubbish chute is so small it doesn’t even take a rubbish bag . Pool was closed for renovations- although website said would be complete by early December. So disappointed! Not enjoyable at all .

Gorgeous Place -- Not Finished Building it yet!

Our first floor massive suite was epic. We got 2 free parking spots underground and the beach was right there. Basically my only issues should resolve themselves but still worth mentioning: The entire grounds around the place were under construction for our entire stay. That meant for starters a number of the facilities were out of commission (pool, lounge area) but more importantly being woken up a dawn every morning by hammers and drills, etc that lasted the whole day was NOT how I wanted to spend my vaca. I'm sure one completed the patio will be fantastic but this really soured my stay.

ロケーションは抜群でした。 部屋からのサンライズは最高の思い出になりました。また行きのフライトが欠航になり2日遅れのチェックインになりましたが、メールで連絡するとしっかりと対応してもらえました！ またゴールドコーストに行く時はリピートしたいです。
