Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
When i reached hotel, I was told that there is no superior room and you have booked a dormitory room. Expedia booking clearly showed me that it is a separate room and not dormitory. IN the night at 10 PM, there was no option but to checkin to a room at 6 times the charges i booked on Expedia. Thanks for Expedia for helping me out over the call, but service attitude of the manager towards customer is pathetic, they only care about money not customer.
