"Gebucht wurden 2 Übernachtungen in einem "Comfort-Dreibettzimmer". Vor unserer Ankunft hatten wir über Expedia eine Beschreibung erhalten, wie wir zu unserem Zimmer im Haus gelangen, incl. Zugangscode für den Zutritt zum Zimmer. Leider stellte sich heraus, dass das Zimmer von einer Mitarbeiterin des Hauses bewohnt wurde. Rezeption oder Empfang? Fehlanzeige. Nach etwas Hin und Her haben wir ein anderes Zimmer erhalten, dass auch soweit in Ordnung war. Beim Frühstück teilte uns die Mitarbeiterin...
