"Awesome place, affordable and close to town, about 10 minute walk off Melgar. There are food options close, and the owners will give you recommendations. The room is basic, no television or clock but clean and I had daily housekeeping. Bring your own toiletries, blow dryer, etc. My room had a small kitchenette, but other than the small fridge I didn’t use any of it. They supply purified water in the shared kitchen downstairs. The entire area is safe for a solo female traveler, I had no problems at any time of the day or night. Thank you Caribo!!"

"Rooms were clean. Bathroom although clean had a bad smell. Good location in a residential area but within easy walking distance of San Miguel Fairly well equipped kitchen, however cupboard space was lacking."

"This is a lovely little gem on Cozumel—very laid-back and family-style. The property is run by a very friendly and attentive owner who is often on-site, which made the stay feel safe and welcoming. The location is excellent: walkable to the ferry terminal, main transportation areas, and many restaurants. My room was small and very basic, but the peaceful courtyard was beautiful and really the highlight of the stay. Overall, it’s a great place if you’re visiting the island for a night or two and want something simple, quiet, and well located."
