"The location of this hotel is wonderful. Gardens directly infront, and town and amenities all close by. The food was excellent, and the outside eating terrace was a lovely area. Some of the outside furniture is in need of replacing though. Some staff were more welcoming and pleasant than others. And as is often the case, there were occasions when the hotel seemed short staffed. Overall, we were happy with this hotel and would be happy to stay again."

"The staff were friendly and helpful when it came to places to visit nearby. The continental breakfast was lovely and the 2 course dinner was good value for money. The swimming pool, sauna and steam were well maintained however our room needed a few repairs and the towels had seen better days. We would give it an 8/10"

"The hotel is a little out of the way so be prepared for some country lanes. But very nice, comfortable, excellent staff and excellent breakfast. Wish it had a pool but you can't have everything ."
