The hotel took a £100 pound deposit, where cash was not accepted. Lied about reverting the payment when asked directly about it, had to wait a whole month after leaving to receive my deposit back, the staff were very unhelpful throughout in the whole process. Would never stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay. The reception lobby is a bit dark and gloomy but the room was so nice, the courtyard especially. Staff were all lovely

No real faults at except on first night of my stay light failed in the bathroom and for “ health and safety they made me move to new room which was a bit Inconvenient. However staff were polite and helpful and I finished up in a bigger upgraded room. Fridge and microwave in the rooms very useful and a great time saver when dashing about with a supermarket a minutes walk away.
