My 2 complaints are: 1) the lighting in the room is very dull, two table lamps & NO DESK TASK LIGHT, ugh! 2) The bath towels are SUPER OLD & battered, like over 10 yrs old, that is unacceptable for a hotel room costing over $170.00 a night! Our room here at the Staybridge exceeded all expectations - a separate bedroom, a full kitchen (stocked with the basics), and a living room. "We enjoy staying at the BW in Glenview when we are visiting Chicagoland! The hotel has recently been redecorated. Rooms are comfortable and functional with mini fridge, microwave, etc. We appreciate the full-length mirror, hooks on bathroom door, nice shower head, complimentary breakfast, tea and water available in the lobby, complete maid service, convenient parking, friendly staff. Overall a wonderful stay! Only negative was a rigid "no" for late (30-60 min) check-out."
