"Let me start with a couple positives. First, there was ample parking spaces and the area around the parking lot was well lit and clean. That's about where it ended. The lobby was dirty with no furniture or welcoming feel. The man at the desk was nice enough---. The rooms were disgusting. There were no top sheets and only one, tiny blanket with cigarette holes in them. The floors had not been cleaned or mopped in I don't know how long. We had to wear shoes the whole time or our socks would have been ruined. And the ROACHES!!! I know we killed at least 10 roaches while we were there. The cold water didn't work so you were scorched when you took a shower and had to rinse your mouth with hot water when you brushed. My mother's tv AND fridge didn't work at all. There was graffiti etched into her mirror in her room and the mirror had never been cleaned. Overall, it was NASTY!"

"The is an older complex that has been nicely upgraded. It has double-pane windows, vinyl floor, and aesthetically pleasing bathroom. I loved that there were no rooms above. The whole place is one-story. I also loved the carport parking. The room was clean, but not the bed, and not one of the towels. The pillows smelled like someone’s hair that had not been washed, and then I found a strand of hair on the bed sheet under the covers. The towel had fresh black smudges, as if some step on it. Housekeeping has to be careful to change bedding, even when it appears to be clean. The price increased while I was there. I would have stayed longer, but I found a less expensive place that was comparable to this place."
