"Breakfast was sub par. The “hot”entree were cold very morning and very bland. The bread/bagels were not fresh and tasted like they have been around for long time. The pool was still out of service. I was there in October and nothing was done with it. The room however was very clean. "

"Didn't get to meet any staff personally, but the response to messages was prompt and friendly. Room was clean with little extras like swan towel and a welcome tray and parking was close to front door and set aside specifically for the guests. The only drawbacks some ppl might have, would be a shared kitchen and the stairs to get to rooms, but even I have had double knee replacement and was able to do them pretty easily, just taking my time. And we didn't mind the shared kitchen, it was stocked with cereals, muffins and drinks etc. We would definitely stay again.."
