"The property is on the beach. We had an ocean front room with balcony and it was fabulous. Special kudos to the Staff. They were wonderful. Dedicated and friendly. We always felt taken care of. "

"I want to sincerely thank Copacabana for their understanding and support. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to board my flight because I didn’t have the required visa to enter Brazil — a last-minute issue that completely changed my plans.
Despite this, they accepted my refund request without any hassle, and I truly appreciate the fairness and professionalism shown. It’s rare to find that kind of customer care these days.
