The Grand Pavilion was a standout—offering an astonishing spread of over 200 dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It’s a dream come true for any food enthusiast. We also indulged in the refined flavors of Dum Pukht and Peshawri, and enjoyed the relaxed ambiance of the Tea Lounge. All of these are located within ITC Sonar, which is conveniently connected to Royal Bengal via an internal corridor. Another highlight was the guest lounge, open from 6 to 8 PM. It’s a cozy spot to unwind with complimentary drinks and a selection of finger foods—perfect for a pre-dinner hangout or a casual evening chat. "The property is new, and the facilities are well maintained. The property is a bit inside of the main road, so spotting it might be a hassle. The rooms are actually very small in size, and that is an issue(for some, maybe). Also the hotel doesn't allow food from outside(to promote their costly in-room dining facilities), which is a hassle. Overall, the stay is awesome if we don't take into account the small rooms and no outside food policy. Have stayed for only one day, so can't really comment on the cleanliness on a day- to- day basis."
