"Die Wohnung ist in Schwabing gut gelegen und im MVV gut angebunden. Bis zum Marienplatz sind es nur wenige Stationen. Das Haus selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen aber grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat mit Hilfe eines Lockschlosses gut geklappt. Die Wohnung selbst war eine Katastrophe. Der Boden war nicht gesaugt. Es fanden sich tote Bienen, Dreck und Haare. Farbeimer standen rum und auf dem Balkon fanden sich Kippen auf dem Boden. Staub gewischt wurde auch...
