"Room was large, clean and comfortable. Loved the locations proximity to everything. 3 min walk to karlsplatz and train station. Lots of restaurants and shops within a 5-10 minute walk. Checkin was quick and easy. Staff were helpful and friendly. Ate at the restaurant and ordered the schnitzel which was very good! Lots of kebab places right nearby but we didn’t get to tray any unfortunately. "

"The staff was very friendly. The bed was so comfortable. The location was very convenient to everything we wanted to see and more. Many restaurants in the area and very close to the train station. We took the S train from the airport and to the main train station. Would definitely stay again. "

"Location was 2 blocks from underground. Hotel was clean and well appointed with washer/dryer and kitchenette. The restaurant and bar were closed during our stay. Be aware that the loft bed is basically on the floor. It was fine for us, but not for older adults. Had to book (for an additional cost) a room with a regular bed height (so they did not have a small sitting area). Emails went unanswered prior to our stay regarding this issue."

"Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Service, staff and amenities were great. The bedding was very comfortable. The one thing that we didn’t like was that the breakfast was rather pricy and wasn’t worth it. I didn’t appreciate all my children being charged as adults. "

"This is the second time we have stayed with this hotel. Even though our room faced the train station, it was very quiet. Directions—with your back to the tracks, go out side exit to the street and cross. Hotel is to your right. It is convenient to a laundromat. Turn left out of the hotel and left at the corner. It is maybe one block straight ahead. You can do your own laundry or leave your clothes in the morning and pickup later in the day. The Lufthansa airport bus is two minutes down the street (right out of the hotel. "
