Staff were great, breakfast was awesome, location was perfect, our sleep was quiet, beds comfy, and shower a lovely experience. Only thing is the parking garage has a very tight turn and scratches on your vehicle are highly likely if you're not EXTREMELY careful.

we were able to check in at midday upon arrival from the airport, very efficient check in & a nice welcome. Our room was clean & cool, nicely appointed, enough space to move around in, huge bathroom with large walk in shower. A kettle in the room was very much appreciated,minibar was well stocked. Our room was 3rd floor, at rear, full length windows opened to a railing, overlooking the pool area. Returned for another stay at a first class hotel . The location is perfect to visit the museums and places of interest. Serve good gin and tonics. Service is excellent given by the staff. Price is very reasonable compared to other hotels in the centre of Girona

The staff were friendly and attentive, nothing was tok much trouble. You could relax at the hotel, the honesty bar was great and the pool area was a nice place to chill out. Its also only a short walk into the city, alternatively there are buses running every 15 minutes. An added bonus is that the hotel is right by a hospital, so even the most accident prone people are catered for.

This is a beautiful hotel. Modern, clean, great location in a nice area. Staff very helpful and friendly. The location is great. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and you can also walk along the river to the old town. Pretty much perfect!

Excellent hotel, efficient staff were always available, room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Only drawback is that it's quite a trek into the City centre and rail/bus station

A hidden oasis off a bustling street. My wife and I had a perfect stay here for one night. We loved the decor and the building. A gem of a place.

We had an amazing weekend here. The staff is highly service-minded and goes over and beyond to assist you. The hotel is as it looks in the marketing material, a really lovely inspirational place. The hotel is impeccably clean. With COVID-19 the hotel has adapted and it felt very safe. The only slightly less positive comment is regarding the Spa, it's very full and I couldn't get any treatment there during our two night/three days stay.

A clean and tidy room in a quiet hotel just a few minutes' walk away from the very centre of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. I'd recommend it very much.

Stunning location, jaw dropping views, a wonderful place to stay

We visited for a triathlon so the area was very busy. There is a free car park available which was full at times. It was also exceptionally hot. The air conditioning was very effective. The rooms were clean and reasonably well equipped. There was very little storage. The bed was comfortable. It was a 15 minute walk to the supermarket and the old town.
