"Staying here for 4 nights, room is spacious and exactly as on the photos. Kitchen is well equipped, there is balcony in the photo but is locked and not allowed to access. The toilet seat is not a Japanese style one, shower pressure is weak. There is a 2 in 1 washer and dryer. WiFi is bit slow too. Free parking is a plus. "The excellent service very friendly, only that when we arrived the bathtub was full of mould, we thought that the car parking was free, but everything went very well, although I had tattoos I decided to cover them with some palchos that I carried that there was no problem with me, and I was able to enjoy the pool, but everything was pleasant days, very good buffet breakfast, also the staff of the 13th floor restaurant and bar very friendly and helpful, I think for me that counts a lot the helpfulness and kindness of each person, only some simple little things to improve but I think for me it is a very nice place"

"Excellent location, walkable to Kokusai Dori and the monorail. Hotel itself is very clean and modern with standard amenities plus coin laundry and parking - costs 1500 yen a night so not cheap but for the location it’s not bad and definitely more convenient than trying to find and pay for a space in the car parks nearby."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, however it’s a bit far from anything and the beach is more like an enclosed river; you can only access a small roped off area. It is however beautiful. They were a little stingy in the towels in the rooms and we continuously needed more which seemed to frustrate them."
