The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is near a subway station and there are restaurants right in front of the hotel.

Excellent stay at this hotel. Room was clean and there was a great breakfast variety with many options to choose from. Staff was very helpful when I pointed out a little incident with my room, it was solved the same day.

HOTEL THE BOTANIK SEWOON MYEONGDONG
The room was fine, but strange. We had a 2 bedroom suite. The master bedroom was partitioned by glass, so there was no privacy. The second bedroom had no door. The kitchen area was nicely appointed and they had outlets that fit USA plugs and USB charge ports. The workout room was nice. Elevators ...

Somerset Palace Seoul
The hotel room was comfortable, and the staff were helpful. The hotel breakfast was also very good. The location is excellent, and very close to major cultural heritage and other tourist sites. I'd recommend this hotel to other visitors to Seoul as well.
