We booked a weeks break with another couple, it was our 30th wedding anniversary. The hotel was spotlessly clean and service was excellent. The food was great and also the themed restaurants were excellent especially the Alexandria. Kareem who worked on the 24hour lobby bar was funny, very polite and looked after us.

We read excellent review about the Oberoi and they responded to all our expectations. The food was delicious and fresh. The staff was very attentive to details. We chose a room with a private swimming pool in the back garden. It was nice to have a quiet place to read and play with my son of 9 years old. Fantastic hotel. Stayed here for a week with my wife and from the moment we set foot into the hotel the service from staff members was exceptional. Every staff member treats you with the utmost respect and care from concierge to the domestic services team. The room we had was amazing with an exceptional view. This was an excellent experience on all levels, they arranged our transfer from Airport no problems at check in, complimentary cold drink waiting at the check in desk. Food was of a high standard and varied each day, specials offered each day in main restaurant. The food at the different bars around the pool and on the beach also very good. I loved everything about the hotel, especially the staff (Emad, Ehab and Elia at the pool) and Ahmed and Eva in the restaurant. The treatment of Othman the receptionist is excellent..... I do not recommend using the spa because the staff is very bad and the price list is not fixed. The hotel is close to the airport and you do not need to leave the hotel, it is a paradise

A great family friendly hotel, it felt like several hotels in one. One end had a child friendly pool, play area and the kids club, round the corner was the adult/teens area with larger slides and music. Enjoyed 11 nights and planning a return trip. Requested room near beach, received this. Luggage taken to room for us. Main restaurant was ok, chose to eat in Four Corners 8 out of the 11 nights which was excellent - felt like it has more clear choice, good quality and nice surroundings.
