"Bien localisé dans le quartier français. Chambre propre avec une petite fenêtre mais sans vue. On entend un peu le bruit des voisins. Bien pour un court séjour. Seul les grandes chambres ont une vue dégagée. Personnel très sympathique et serviable."

" I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was bright, clean, and nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable and the room remained quiet throughout the night. The staff were welcoming and always greeted guests with a smile. The whole hotel had a calm and pleasant atmosphere that made the stay very relaxing. "The location is fabulous! You step outside into the hustle and bustle of Hanoi but once you are in the hotel, it is peaceful and calm. Staff were very helpful during our stay. We came back an additional night and staff were very welcoming. The breakfast is fantastic and highly recommended. The lady chef was lovely and very accomodating both days we were there. "It was a last minute reservation and I did not regret my decision to in this hotel. I was very impressed with the staff, they were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was outstanding and you can even order from the menu for free. The manager made sure we had enough and enjoy the food. I have traveled around the world but this hotel staff were the most welcoming people in the world. The staff accompanied us to our room and made sure we had everything we needed. "Great place to relax and enjoy the view of the city lights at night very peaceful place. Fantastic experience at Royal Premium Hotel Hanoi. Even before we arrive in Hanoi, I could exchange with Anna who had been a huge help in organizing several day trip around Hanoi for our arriving. She is really a star! Lee Pham, Da, Anna and the other people in the team have been sooo welcoming, always helpful and smiling we did really enjoy our stay with them. The members of the team always remembered our program for which day. They took care of us really well and the ladies at breakfast where absolutely lovely. We would like to thanks a hundred time the whole team for making our stay soo enjoyable! We would definitely recommend your hotel and come back to it if we travel back to Vietnam. "This hotel was in the heart of the old quarter, and the location was EXCELLENT! Shops, restaurants, Hoan Kiem lake, were literally steps away, making it easy to find places to eat, things to do, and things to buy. It was also easy for tour companies to pick us up from the hotel. Henry, and the rest of the front desk staff were great, as were the staff in the breakfast room. I would definitely stay here again!"
