Service provided by Tejas Chev at dining area and customer service was great and the hotel team was courteous and professional ensuring great customer service! "

"The rooms are really basic. Unless you want to be cut off from the rest of the world, don’t go here. There is no telephone and cell phone service is very limited. The TV doesn’t work. When called the manager , he was generous to offer me 15 minutes hotspot with his mobile! The AC and fan doesn’t work! The bed sheets and the comforter were very old, and god knows when were last washed. The stench was unbearable! No toiletries and not a towel. This was a deluxe bedroom! The food was unbearable: The bath room which was super basic had a bucket and a mug to take a COLD bath! Forget getting even warm water! I have stayed in several hotels, nothing compared to this! Boy, my first worst experience! If others said there was a loud music till 2:00AM which promptly started again at 5:30. It is very true. This is no resort! The worst something bit my eye and had a swelling! Don’t have to read other reviews which sings glories of this place! If you still go here for stay—- you will remember these words… I told you so!!!"

"Cottage room was very comfortable with all amenities. The room & bathroom were very clean. Air conditioner was not noisy & sleep quality is good. The bed linen is clean. Tea-coffee corner is well stocked. Great ambiance and lawns. Lots of natural trees and beautiful flowers "

"The property is good. Perhaps one of those very few properties which have good enough arrangements to engage young kids. Is pet friendly too. The only negative is the food. Food is not that great and especially the management of food in the morning free buffet - it's chaotic. Rest - it's super."

"Room Type booked was 2BHK Villa with private pool, first day rate should not include a private pool rate as property provided us with uncleaned pool which was already informed multiple times after check in which was never cleaned and they only changed our room second day after multiple complaints Dinning was too conjusted, with shortage of staff and staff were only looking after the orders who were ordering alcarte and all package booked people were simply unnoticed. Expedia should get involved and get some credits for room type they offered the first day as they charged us a huge amount"
