"It was a wonderful stay. The hotel owners are friendly, hospitable, and helpful in every way. It has a warm atmosphere. The room is clean, and trash is collected daily. Items that are used up are replaced. The hotel is located in the Boya Forest, with a wonderful view. Bus stops are very close, making it easy to get to everywhere. Boyana holds a lot of history, and the trekking areas are magnificent."

"The room was great, and I was able to open the window and use aircondition. The toilet and shower was OK but wouldn't fit the overweight poeple and disabled. Tea and coffee was very very cheap at their own fridge. Staff some were friendly and some treated (cleaner) me like dirt. "NEVER MIND, AM PAYING HER WAGE FOR being Easy hotel customer. "
