The English-speaking staff was very helpful and accommodating while the room was very comfortable. While being spacious and cozy, smart space saving elements made the room feel almost like an apt which gave us a safe and comfortable space to rest and unwind at the end of the day. The rooftop garden was amazing, especially the the organic grass floor. We look forward to staying at this property again so that we can try out the café downstairs that we missed!
Also, loved the fact that staff came to clean and make the room without having to request!

"We absolutely loved the charm of this place! We didn’t do the breakfast, but we indulge in the onsen, nighttime Ramen, and the ice cream post onsen! The staff was very helpful and kind, and very patient with us using Google translate. We loved our time here!"
