One night stay to experience the Periyar reserve close by. Our room was enormous and located near the very back of the property. Sadly building works are directly next to the property so we heard angle grinding. Mgr tried to stop them but only the rain did. Staff amazing. Food delicious. Great cocktails and beers. We stayed two night in this hotel and were greeted by a very friendly and professional staff. They gave us a very personal experience, took us out trekking. I would recommend this to anyone that want's a great experience with excellent food and very nice venue. Very clean and well maintained hotel.

Location is very central. Rooms are nice and clean. The staff will go above and beyond to help. My dad had dietary requirements and the chef Tom made him his own meal.

This was a great stay - everything is top notch - lovely room, great food, friendly staff, good service etc. The grounds around the hotel are especially nice. The pool - and views from it - are especially impressive!

Hotel staff was helpful, accommodating and show their personal interest for any of your needs. The surrounding view of the hotel is just awesome. Perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy the greenery around you.

A quite resort away from any town . We found it quite nice. They should trim the trees in front of balconies so that one can get better view. Right now most of the view is blocked by overgrown trees.

This is a great hotel with excellent staff. The cottages were excellent, spacious, well spread out and located in a beautifully manicured gardens amidst dense forest. The staff is professional, pleasant, effective and very courteous. The food at the venue is excellent. The facilities at the hotel are great. The view point at the hotel is mesmerising. The only downside is the road leading to the hotel - it is dire. This needs urgent attention. I will not hesitate to go back to this excellent...

The hotel has charged extra charges for the gala dinner where it was said that its included in the charges and took extra money from us

It was really a nice hotel very close to the city center, periyar wildlife sanctuary and lake..... and the staff was very helpful for the information which i needed they really helped me with that..... lot of places to visit there. So plan accordingly..... 2 nights is just not enough..... Places to visit, Parunthum para, ramakalmedu, idukki dam etc etc....

Lovely hotel with incredible views - make sure you get a jungle view room! Excellent service from the friendly staff and the bedrooms were beautiful. Some problems with noise from other guests outside the bedroom but otherwise a perfect stay
