"Loved the property and our room and location. If I could offer one piece of advice if you are 3 people book the larger family room because the couch is not comfortable. The beds are extremely comfortable as was the whole suite! I would pay the extra and get the extra beds! Thanks for a great stay! We will be back. 😊"

"This place was OK as a moderately priced option for a business trip, but I wouldnt be anxious to come back. Staff were very nice. Rooms are fairly large, but then the bathrooms are small, especially the shower/tub, which feels a bit narrow, with the plastic liner blowing into you and sticking to you when you shower. I also found it very strange that there were no eletrical outlets anywhere near the bed. Only options for charging are in kitchen or bathroom, which is inconvenient for a number of reasons. Finally, the breakfast offering was depressing. Hvaing it included in the price of the room doesnt count for much if there is nothing decent to eat. "

"The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly, I just didn’t enjoy check-in was 4 o’clock, which is rather late, and check out at 11 AM which is average. I just felt for the money we weren’t there very long. We had a hockey game we were seeing which was far from the hotel. Hockey game started at four so we couldn’t check in until about 7 o’clock at night. So Wednesday there again. Would stay somewhere closer to either downtown Ottawa or Canadian tire Center.. It was close to neither. But the room was nice. The shower was amazing and the bed was very comfortable, but had to pay for parking which you don’t in most other hotels in the middle of nowhere.. Probably wouldn’t stay there again."
