"We came in later in the evening only to stay because we were catching an early flight the next day. The Gale working the counter told me that I hadn't paid yet even though I had. She insisted on charging me again and when she realized l was charged twice she said they would work it out the next day after I've left. She wanted me to sign for the room. I wrote on there that they were going to take care of refunding me the second charge and she told me that she would not accept that on there. I had to sign for the room and she wouldn't guarantee the refund of the second charge. When I told her that it was not acceptable she threatened to have me removed from the property by the police unless I was willing to sign without any guarantee of being refunded the second charge. I'm 65 years old and in all my years I've never been treated so poorly by somebody working the front desk of a hotel. The man that handled the shuttle (Ali) helped us out and apologize for her. The next morning when we went in to get a cup of coffee she told us we had no right to the coffee and we had to wait outside. She said we weren't allowed in the lobby. I would definitely warn people about staying there because the help they have is very poor with a lack of intelligence. That's probably why the room is very inexpensive."

"The bed was U shaped and concaved, the bathroom vent did not work, the hair dryer did not work, the staff were not able to provide another replacement, and overall the room was musty and dirty sadly"
