"They charged my debit card 6 times. Blamed it on choice hotels. The lady at the front desk forgot to give me my card, i went out for easter dinner and couldnt pay the check. Had to have a family member pay it and zelle them. She was very apologetic and nice. She felt really bad “supposedly”. Upon checkout she told the manager i yelled at her and was using profanity. I’m not a ghetto bum, I have a college degree and make mid 6 figures. I have class and teach my children respect. I was out at dinner with 20 people, including 8 young kids under 10. Who would be sitting in a fine dining restaurant swearing in front of kids lol. The night before checking out we ordered a pizza and some sandwiches. The front desk told me leave the box by the door, the morning will grab it. 4 am Trina grabbed the trash swearing really loudly “F” bombs, so loud she woke us up. We were scared someone was trying to break in the room. When we asked her whats up, she called us disgusting fing pigs. I was shocked. I was speechless. They took -$2800 put of my bank. Ended up putting most back. But gave me $40 credit which i still didnt get lol. I cannot believe Heather said i swore at her. Tbh i was actually trying to compliment her to the manager. She offered to bring me my card. When th manager dropped that bomb on me i was in shock, its been sitting on my chest because i would never swear a female. I wouldnt want my wife or daughter to be treated that way"

"There was no free breakfast. They over charge at their restaurant. It’s also under construction and they start at 8am-9am all the way til 6pm. Also $4 for a bottle of water. They charge $2.50 for a small cup of coffee that you get free in your room "

"Very easy, fast check in. Friendly staff. We had an early flight, needed the shuttle just after 4am. We waited less than 5 min for it to arrive after the staff notified the driver we needed to be picked up. The lobby is beautiful, wish we could of taken advantage of breakfast. Our room was clean. Will definitely stay here again in the future. "

"Welcoming check in and friendly staff at the bar/restaurant. Room was clean and quiet, perfect for a good nights sleep before a long flight. The only thing was a slow draining basin in the bathroom, no big issue."

"Eva at the front desk isn't absolute Angel to work with she accommodated us with everything she could and went above and beyond with suggestions. The shuttle driver Mike offered to pick up my partner from the airport and have me ride with him even though we didn't shuttle from there when we originally flew out. Lisa in the palms bar and grill was also very attentive and very pleasant. Michaela at the front desk was also very accommodating and pleasant. We met no unpleasant people during our stay the breakfast is amazing the pool is great the hotel itself is like being outside in Florida in the summer even though it was April in michigan. Would highly recommend. In fact we stayed an extra night even though we only live an hour and a half away."
