Great breakfast and close to the airport

First impression is important and luckily met by a nice gentleman Yassine at the reception. The room was very nice and everything clean and with a beautiful view. Fabulous 7-night stay here. Great room (Executive Room with beach view) - very spacious balcony with sunbeds, and the room was generally of a high standard (just few minor scuffs that could easily be fixed). Lovely pool with the addition of towels, sun cream and waiter service. Plenty of room around the pool and no shortage of beds. The cleaning and pool staff were all very friendly and attentive. The swimming pool, which was a primary reason for booking this property, was not cleaned and not ready for use. This caused disappointment for my daughters, who were looking forward to spending time in the pool during our vacation. The website had indicated that the pool would be open during our stay.

Second time staying here and would definitely recommend. Lovely location with friendly and efficient staff. Nice pool area and comfortable bedrooms, relaxed cafe/ bar.

Our second visit to this wonderful hotel in Sitges. We love staying here. The rooms are lovely. Our room was described as 'Partial Sea View' but we had a full view of the sea and the entire town on Sitges. The view alone was amazing. Very comfortable room. Great bathroom. Two free bottles of water a day and every evening, a member of staff comes around to give guests a free chocolate! The breakfast buffer was wonderful. The staff were all so warm and friendly. A fantastic hotel in the heart of Sitges.The staff are extremely friendly. Nothing is too much . They are professional and attentive. The hotel is in the centre of everything. Food and shopping on your doorstep. The room we had was a garden room. Quite pleasant. I would suggest the bathrooms could do with updating, but that is a minor gripe. Friendly and helpful staff but cleanliness in the rooms need an improvement

Beautiful views of the pool and coast from our balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location for walking into town and close to beaches. Thoroughly enjoyable experience - highly recommend.

Right on the beach

We had a double room and it was fantastic well appointed and comfy beds the mini bar was a nice touch. Very comfortable but short stay. Airport shuttle was very handy.

Arrived late at night .hotel was good ,staff very nice and helpful .the bed omg best bed ive ever slept on .it was massive and i mean prob 10 feet wide .memory mattress so good ive asked staff to forward me the company so i can buy one .hotel provided transport from airport to hotel and then taxi from hotel to cruise port .all included in price .will i use again ,certainlly worth the money ...thankyou ..glen and tina from scotland

We really cannot knock this hotel, the room we were in Room 1 was roomy, modern a fantastic bed and a shower to really refresh. We did not take the continental breakfast but it looked nice. Just one block from the sea but a 15 to 20 minute walk from the old town might not suit everyone. During the hot days we were there we just jumped in a cab for town. Decent hotel, near the seaside, a bit old but well maintain and clean, lovely staff and helpful and fresh orange juice from real fruit! The only thing i would change is the coffee machine or the coffee they use, i could not drink that and was quite essential for me to start the day. Orange juice made up. Very clean and always water in the hall for hot days arrival was a blessing.
