"Rooms clean and tidy. Staff excellelent. Beds nice and comfortable. Stair hand rail to 1st floor, where we were staying, my disabled wife could not grip properly at the 1st couple of stairs, due to the repaired banister rail, then it was ok after with the proper hand banister (she actually fell twice over the weekend, but fortunately I was there to catch her). Took her between 3.5 to 5.5 minutes to climb the stairs to 1st floor, and back down, which other guests were very patient."

"we arrived parked the car in the car park we had a warm welcome from reception. we was given our keys and directions to our rooms.The rooms was clean and fresh and clean sheets nice bathroom.Yorkshire tea winner. We had a pre drink in a lovley bar area we was helped with some local cab numbers. We had a good nights sleep and a very good breakfast. We went for a stroll on the beach. we will be back little gem thanks for a wonderful stay."

"We had a lovely 4 night stay while visiting family in Great Yarmouth. The staff was first class and took care of our every need. We had a great breakfast each morning and a very good light dinner on one night during our stay. We will stay at the Imperial Hotel on our next visit."

"Everything about this stay was basic. For the price we paid, we knew it would be basic. That's what we paid for. Comfy bed - impressed it was king size. Close to the seafront. Town was a 10 minute walk. Free parking on the road outside. Clean bedding. Clean towels. Working TV with Freeview. Tea & coffee tray. Space in the room to put things away if you wanted. Quiet location and quiet inside. Plenty of space for 2 people to move around in the room. We wanted a cheap place to lay our heads for 2 nights. This didn't disappoint. We'd happily go back if in the area again. "

"The first greeting was the stink of dogs had to go to shop and get some smellies,the road noise was terrible , So many gaps around windows and doors it never warmed up, the lounge furniture was filthy think it all needs replacing perhaps not have dirty smelly animals in there, managed 3 x nights but couldnt wait to get home."

"There aren't really any minus points here at all. One small one for me was my disability so the sofa area was a bit low for me but this place (and I'm always reluctant to let everyone know when I find a diamond place to stay) was otherwise perfect. Obviously big enough for a family of four as the second bedroom has bunk beds . Nice little bit of front patio and table and outside table and chairs already there for you. Used to holiday in this area as a kid and there's enough arcades with walking distance to keep them happy , swimming pool (when you book you get a key fob for access to it) and you're close to the slightly larger Hemsby and , of course Gorleston and Yarmouth. Half hour on the bus roughly and 5 to 10 mins by car depending on which way you're headed. The chalet itself is stand alone and it's been done up to the highest standard. Electric cooker with halogen hobs. Fridge, larder, lovely bathroom with shower and wardrobe space in both bedrooms. A perfect location . Definitely booking here again."
