"From check in to check nothing was too much trouble lovely friendly staff clean rooms and definitely worth the upgraded room to use the spa and coffee machine in the room. Lovely idea to have the honesty bar in the hotel and a wake up call for the northern lights which we were lucky enough to see! Would definitely recommend this hotel for close proximity to the blue lagoon which was amazing! Thank you everyone for a lovely stay "

"Every staff I met was so kind. And there were cats all guests loved. Spacious lobby and clean room, nice bars! I can highly recommend the hotel. (There is no parking garage! You have to park your car on the street)"

"We stayed here two nights and enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and thoughtfully put together (good hanging and drawer space) and the breakfasts were ample. (With everything, such as coconut and chia for the granola, labeled for allergy purposes.) Most importantly, the staff answered our questions and were kind. They found our son's lost watch (thank you to the guests who turned it in!) and loaned us an ice scraper. Small gestures mean a lot. Thank you for your care. We hope to return!"
