"The cleaning staff were good. The rooms are spacious, but look very old and run down, needing immediate maintenance. There were bed bug stains and possibly eggs too on the headboard cushion and we saw two bugs. They did not fix the shaky tap in the bathroom and so we asked to change rooms for the 2nd day, which they complied. "

"Room smelled so good. Bed was so comfortable and clean. Staff were welcoming and assisted with everything. I arrived at 2.30am in the morning and had to wake the manager up but he was very kind snd helpful even then."

"Staff were helpful. The hotel can improve the amenities in the room...better coffee cups instead of plastic ones, provide bottled water as and when needed, newspaper delivery to rooms"
