The room lacked finishing touches like colourful cushions as shown in the lobby photo which left a very austere atmosphere in the room. It was comfortable enough. "The staff was polite but we stayed for 3 days, no room service. No one came to do bedsheet or clean. The bathroom didn't have running hot water. The restaurant food was subpar. Didn't have Wi-Fi even though it was listed as an amenity. Had wall fan which was too loud. Never going again."
