"The cleaning staff were good. The rooms are spacious, but look very old and run down, needing immediate maintenance. There were bed bug stains and possibly eggs too on the headboard cushion and we saw two bugs. They did not fix the shaky tap in the bathroom and so we asked to change rooms for the 2nd day, which they complied. "

"Rooms are absolutely clean; nice friendly staff. Easy check in. Quiet location, so one gets a good sleep. Location is good too, in a residential type area. Highly recommended. HOWEVER, the owners have spent a lot of money in good quality bathroom fittings, but the installation is very poorly. Water heater fitted just over the towel rail!!
