Rennaissance Race Course Road is a centrally located Hotel in Bangalore with excellent view of the Race Course from the rooms. Its a new property & hence is in a much better condition than the other well known Premier Indian Hotel Brands. The staff are excellent, helpful & well trained to cater to the needs of the incoming & outgoing Guests.

All of the staff are wonderful - nothing is too much trouble, or seems to be any trouble at all. Food is great and entire property is maintained to a fantastic standard.

It was great

My wife and two sons were travelling on their own for the first time, but all the staff made them feel so welcome and afforded them every kindness and cooperation possible. My wife and sons had several bags to carry but the staff helped them leave bags in the Hotel after checkout until required for late night travel on the day of departure. We will all be ravelling to Bangalore in July and will stay at this lovely Hotel then too.

excellent location with good food but need improvement in reception service

I stayed for 3 days at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely nice to me. Being a visitor to Bangalore the staff were very concerned that I knew my way around the city. Excellent and kind staff in this hotel. Evening Buffet is generally vegetarian but non-veg provided on request. Morning buffet was Indian food of good quality. For this room price it is good selection. Room was clean, all basic facilities, modern clean bathroom. Good hotel I recommend it.

The rooms are tidy and well maintained. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Although the experience overall was pretty good, room service is a bit of a problem. They use a restaurant to fulfil orders, which doesn't have most of the menu available at times. But other than that tiny issue, would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in for a short period - business or leisure.

Located close to Palace grounds ,an excellent stay with warm n friendly staff and good food too .

Family stay. Enjoyed walking around. Get out of the place and you have UB city on one side and Cubbon park on other. One a Party Paradise, other a huge breathing space- all right in centre of city

This is our third visit to this hotel in the past two months. This hotel is worth every Dollar we spent. Needless to say every staff member gives excellent service. It is like home away form home. The owners should be proud of having such a wonderful team. Mr. Rao From Los Angeles
