Would never go back in here again because for this reason; 1. no bathroom exhaust fan 2. No housekeeping and bed did not change the whole stay for 4 days 2. Only 2 towel provided for 4 people. 5. Buffet breakfast is horrible only bread, yoghurt, apples and 2 kind of cereals coffee, tea and juice when in fact it was stated continental buffet. 6. Microwave located in the dining is probably older than my grandma. 7. Pool is dirty and dirty wet towels piled up in bin not collected after the day. 8. Jacuzzi is very very dirty and there is dirty old rags around the area where the 2 plastic plants are. 9. Staff are very unfriendly maybe hello, good morning or have a good day did not exist in their world: DO NOT WAIST MONEY HERE, go find something else. We can’t wait to get out and we were before 8am. Kids did not like breakfast and I can’t blame them as I can’t even stomach the dining environment.. I have never seen that continental breakfast like that before.. HORRIBLE!!!

The place is definitely not what the website shows or says. It is definitely not a Resort and the Spa services are not offered anymore. The rooms and lounge areas are musty smelling. The rooms need work. The tennis courts and other outside facilities are over grown or run down. I was very disappointed the websire says 2 bars and a lounge area, and they are not open anymore. Totally disappointed in the place and will not be back or recommend to anyone.
