"Really nice place to stay and staff very friendly. Staying just the one night on business. Would stay again. Only negatives would be shower area needed a bit of TLC and no honey available at breakfast. "

"Parking was not as expected. We were told where parking was off property when they had parking in the hotel lot. This was inconvenient to say the least. "

"Easy check in, good facilities and generally clean. Some guests brought plates and food into the rooms which were left there overnight. Also some guests being very loud at 3am in the supposedly quiet area, when there is a common room downstairs. Staff need to enforce the rules to ensure comfort for all guests. Rooms a little warm and stuffy but much better than most hostels, comfortable beds, storage lockers and plugs/reading lights/usb at each bed."

"Room was overly hot and even with window opened, meant an unpleasant sleeping condition. Turns out they had the hear on :( A fan was requested and did not receive it"

"Easy check in, great location, nice view of the river, from our room. Parking was difficult, especially when dragging luggage up and down stairs. It would be nice to have an area to unload close to the entrance to the Lobby. Other than that, the hotel met all our needs."
