"Great location. Nice hotel. Housekeeping could do a better job cleaning rooms. When we arrived to the room, there was trash left on the bed from previous guests along with a used floss pick on the floor. The drinking glasses we used were also not swapped out the next day and left dirty in the room. Hotel also doesn’t provide conditioner so bring your own. Tiny almost unusable shower."
"We had a very lovely stay here. The flat is very well done with a lot of details that go along way. It is very quiet checking in and checking out was extremely convenient. There’s parking on site. This was our favorite state in Ireland."
"Great breakfast. Lots of parking. Big issue is weak WIFI signal. Thought it was my computer and phone but heard others at breakfast discussing this issue."
"Hotel is close to the train station and the town square. It’s easily walkable to the Latin quarter, but nice to get away from all that activity when you want to end your night. Galway is a great town for music. Very fun place."
"Absolutely love love love this hotel. This was our second time staying here and will definitely be staying here every time we visit Ireland. The staff, food, drinks, and rooms are all fantastic. I can’t praise this place enough. Rooms are a perfect size, the property is beautiful, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are clean and also a great size. Zero complaints
This is the place to go!"
"Hotel is older, with older style and amenities. Rooms and communal areas were clean. It is located a bit outside of the city center and within about a 20-minute walk to the square. There is an onsite restaurant with bar. Breakfast buffet was nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. "
"Breakfast had poor choice of fresh fruit, no potatoes of any kind, cold scrambled eggs and no fried or poached eggs available.
The rooms bathtub had been painted to hide some sort of nasty stain, and the water was not hot enough for me. The carpet had a few odd stains. The hair dryer did not work.
I will not return."
