Check in was so easy, they just sent the code to my phone. It was clean, and a cute little suite for our stay. And the plaza walking distance down the road has a grocery store, a liquor store, and a Marshall's and Burlington to get anything you may need on vacation.

Everything was as it said it would be (love that)! The guests were friendly there was no overcrowding. The pools on site were on the small end but well kept up with and on warm days you still had the ocean anyway. The yard is tended to daily, they keep everything lush and green. Our family vacation was well worth the 9 1/2 hr drive.

In the immediate aftermath of Hurricane Beryl, the cleanliness and attention to detail both inside and out was amazing! Despite rain on all four of our days in Galveston, there was plenty to do and a nicely appointed balcony to relax on out of the rain and take in the nearby Gulf of Mexico.

It was a great spot for a week break for my son and myself. We don't drive but there is a shuttle that travels along the seawall. The place was clean and all the appliances were in working order. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Pool and area cleaned daily. The wifi worked well with 7 devices connected at one time. There were extra sheets and blankets & towels, soap, dishwashing liquid, body wash shampoo and conditioner. Bring your own beach towel. I would visit again.

They text to cancel my reservation at 4 the day before my check in. We were told by 6, yes 6, different people that they would call me back and put me in a different condo without one person ever calling back. I was able to speak to someone right before I got on the plane that switched us in a matter of minutes after stressing all night. The condo is TINY. It does not sleep 6 and there was zero storage. A normal basic hotel room was more storage. It’s run down and dirty and doesn’t have basics like salt and pepper. Go anywhere else. They are bigger, cleaner, and better stocked with decent customer service
