"Came to Miami a night prior to cruising and chose this location due to being so close to the port. We will definitely stay again! Excellent location, staff were friendly and helpful (let us check in quite early... there was a $25 charge for that convenience though), and plenty of things to do in the area with our family (shops, food, and the ferris wheel). "Our daughter got sick before our stay and had to be hospitalized with a heart issue bought on by influenza. We tried cancelling our reservation 36 hours before check in and provided doctor notes and hospital receipts, but the staff would not allow us to cancel ( we prepaid). We tried calling 3-4 times and the front desk staff was obnoxious and the opposite of compassionate. They would either say someone would call us back or be snotty to us. We emailed management - because they would never get on the phone - and no one ever responded. Expedia was absolutely useless. So, we had to pay $1700 to not go to Miami. Funny how Hertz and Delta both were compassionate and easily allowed us to change our trip. This is a business that really doesn’t care about their customers. We were just looking to reschedule and they wouldn’t even listen. Buyer beware. "

"Probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. The night life on the roof was great, the pool was great, staff was great, you get electrical bikes, beach access and free umbrella, the food was great, the guests are classy. The hotel was perfect state or the art brand new & beautiful. Also the BED best bed I’ve ever slept in. I literally did not want to leave. "

"When I arrived at the hotel at approximately 9:00 PM, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled by the manager and that no room was available for me. When I originally made the reservation, I specifically selected the option to pay at the property upon arrival. However, I was told that the manager canceled my reservation the day before my arrival because the hotel was unable to charge my credit card two days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Since my reservation clearly indicated that payment would be made at the property, this cancellation was unexpected and left me in a very difficult situation. As a result, I arrived at the hotel only to find that I no longer had a room and was forced to search for alternative accommodations late at night. "
