The staff was great, and the entire hotel looked very clean. Food at the bar/restaurant was good as well. The bus stop was right next to the hotel, which made it easy to get to Kokusai Street and taxis are also available at all times. The only issue was that you definitely have to drive or use public transport to get to any of the shops or restaurants in Naha, however is a 10 - 20 minute ride (depending on traffic).

Absolutely loved the hotel, especially the amenities. Spa was amazing with multiple saunas, steam room, ice room, cold plunge and infinity pool. And room had great view of the ocean.

Very good view on lounge and hotspring

Great hotel, staff were polite and kindly let us check-in early as the room was ready. The place was easy to find and free parking helped as driving around is the only way to properly navigate and parking is generally tricky. Room was clean, spacious enough and quiet.

Very clean and spacious room, with sea view, well maintained and staff are friendly and efficient, the pool closes at the end of October so I didn't get to use it. If you book for more than three days you get some extra perks such as a free drink and cocktail each day and free laundry (limited to underwear). The hotel is close to the beach which is an added bonus. I would happily stay here again.

The property was very clean the staff incredibly helpful and the food great, great value for money amazing location definitely recommend, would visit again.

Excellent location, walkable to Kokusai Dori and the monorail. Hotel itself is very clean and modern with standard amenities plus coin laundry and parking - costs 1500 yen a night so not cheap but for the location it’s not bad and definitely more convenient than trying to find and pay for a space in the car parks nearby.

Location was great for a short trip - close to shopping areas and monorail for further afield.

The hotel had everything needed on site. The pool is not open in November. The room was large for Japan and it had everything we needed. We also used the parking by giving the licence to the front desk.

Amazing view of the bay and can walk out of the hotel straight into it. I'd recommend waiting for low tide and you can make it out a good 200 metres in normal shoes. Great location and easy to get Uber into Naha or wherever you want. Lovely staff and the rooms have washing machines, dryers microwaves.loved it.

I would happily stay at this hotel again. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Room was a good size with plenty of space for our large suitcases. Pyjamas are provided if you wanted to travel light. There are drinks and ice cream available for most of the day for guests. plenty of bathroom amenities are available. They also have a special event every day - dressing in traditional Okinawa clothes, making sushi, etc. which I think is a really great way of learning more about the Japanese culture...
