"The water sprinkler in my room made loud pitch noise that I tolerated 2 nights thinking it was coming from outside, the 3rd night I came back and it was very frequent that made me look for the reason, (have the recording proof) the receptionist was understanding and arranged another room for me, I packed at night, moved and in the washroom the sink was clogged, had to use the bath tub tap, dint have the energy to go back to the main floor, next morning I told the receptionist and there was no acknowledgement or apology or resolution, I am disappointed in the service. I stayed for 8 hours average, dint stay for breakfast as I had work commitments, it was not a pleasant experience. "

"So originally when we got there, our blanket and sheet was stained there were also ants in the bathroom, so I immediately complained to the front desk where they were super helpful and upgraded us to a better room that was much better cleaned and maintained. We stayed in one of the Jacuzzi suites so I was just going in with higher expectations. If you’re going to stay here just thoroughly inspect your room and if any issues the staff will be happy to help with any issues."

"There are no windows to let in natural light in any room in the hotel. Also the air conditioning is too loud - it will keep you up all night. I cannot speak badly enough about this place. "

"We stayed one night. The room was very nice and clean. My daughter used the pool and she loved it. Very clean, lots of towels. We opted for their breakfast and the food was delicious and a good variety."
