"The hotel was very nice - very spacious and the view from our balcony was amazing. The staff kindly gave us the upper floor room even though we were only staying for a night. However, the area is not accessible for shopping areas and very infrequent transportation. But the staff was very helpful and they happily ordered taxi for us to go to Incheon airport."

"Hotel provided excellent cleaning services of the rooms. Also the frontline staff were proactively helpful. We got to leave our bags there pre-check in and also after we checked out for a matter of hours. We found the convenience store which is nice and close on day one.
