During the last portion of my vacation, I fractured my ankle and the staff at Holiday Inn Incheon Songdo were very nice and helpful. They loaned me a wheelchair to use and moved my husband and myself to an accessible room. Special thanks to Jess at the front desk who helped me find a medical clinic nearby where I was able to see a doctor and get X-rays done. And thanks to the concierge man (forgot his name) downstairs who helped with luggage and got my wheelchair. The hotel is close to Costco, Tri-Bowl, Central Park and lots of small eateries nearby. The subway is right beside the hotel which we didn’t use. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. Hyundai outlets are also close by. Room is decent size and very clean.

Everything tufned up better than I expected. The location was very good gif us. We landed at the International Airport in Incheon and had to leave 2 day later from the Incheon Cruise Terminal. One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in, and for a bargain price too. Staff is top-notch and very friendly. Cost of breakfast is a bit spending day, especially if you only want coffee and a bagel. But if you’re hungry, it’s the way to go. Nice room, very clean. Hotel feels very welcoming. I would stay there again and highly recommend.
