they had roaches / I killed 4 while I was there for 3 days but missed some… no roaches were on the bed - just crawling out of the dressers and bathroom area….overall beautiful view, bed was cozy and it was cheap… but they need to exterminate!

Our room felt so special

An ornate hotel room with an outstanding bathroom. The bath was excellent. Being able to view the TV while enjoying a deep bath was amazing. Its location was ideal being so close to the park.

The room was very clean. The carpet in the hallway could use updating but otherwise clean. The front desk clerk name Dae Kyoung Kim was very helpful with getting us to our cruise ship terminal. The hotel was close to train station. It was about 7 minute walk. Also easy access to buses. Many shops nearby, but don't open till after 10 am. Otherwise great location.

Member of staff were welcoming and friendly. Clean and comfortable bed, only one thing the gab between the blind in the bathroom was a little bit strange.. Other than that it was a great time in songdo. Thank you.

Hotel looks quite elegant but is lacking in maintenance and upkeep. The room clearly showed its age although it had elegant touches. We wanted to sit in the lobby but we're told ALL sofas and chairs were broken. We tried to sit in the café in the lobby but we're told we had to purchase something in order to sit down... so ultimately we didn't have a place to sit and wait for the time to catch our taxi. Staff was nice, buffet was balanced in selection for breakfast food, although the food was cold or warm. Overall the stay was satisfactory but nothing exceptional

Great hotel as usual

Very good location. Easy access to transit, shopping, site seeing etc. Parkview room was exceptionally great to overlook the Hanok village and Central Park. This hotel is quite old and may need some upgrades but still in good condition. Only one thing that gave me negative impression was A staff at the front desk who was quite rude to tourist. But I guess he had a bad day. Other than that I will definitely go back again when I am in Songdo area.

Good potential but poor quality and management

Ornate looking hotel with cheap workmanship. The shower overflowed, and the dressers and closets were hard to open and close. My room had good views of the park and the bed was comfy. Make sure you bring all the room keys when checking out- the front desk guy made me go back to the room to get my other key!!

I like that is quite old school charm the hotel. Near to the Hanbok village, next to the Central Park for jogging and easy to walk to the malls for shopping. The part I guess to improve on is the facilities. The floor heater not that warm so during winter can be chilly. And there’s not enough socket for charging 😬
