Lots of obvious deferred maintenance in the room and hotel overall. Wallpaper pealing, dents and scratches on all furniture. Tried to call the front desk and no one answered. Went to the front desk to report problems and no one was there. Just a sign that said they were away. We ended up leaving and not staying the night since we didn't not feel comfortable sleeping there. Very disappointed "

"We had a trip booked to this hotel one of the people coming with us ended up in the hospital from a suicide attempt. We tried to talk to the hotel to get a refund because we could no longer go on the trip and they absolutely refused. They wouldn’t even give us a partial refund so $500 We lost all because they didn’t care at all that this 21-year-old was in the hospital finding for her life."

"My first room was put out of order after I asked to be moved. The ceiling in the shower was falling down and had fallen and as laying in the tub. Wall paper was falling off the wall and trim around the door was loose and trim on the wall. There was a hair in the shower wall that wasn’t mine. The next room was clean the entire property is outdated but Sandy at the restaurant in the evening made my stay she is awesome "
