"While checking in we noticed the hoses running around the indoor hot tub and pool which were out of order. That was one of the reasons we selected this hotel. Then we got to our room and the ice machine was broke and nothing in the vending machine, you had to go to the main building across the street. I tried to get change for the "Only Accepts $1 bills "pop machine and the front desk had no change available!! When entering the main door to our building the couch was so disgusting I could find a better one on the street! The room itself was not bad but we had reservations for two people and they put two towels in the bathroom. The door didn't close by itself you had to pull it hard to get it to latch but the cards did work once it was locked. The outside door never did lock because we went out to the car several times at night and didn't have to use a key card. We didn't read the other reviews until the day we were starting our trip but you can bet that will be the first thing we look at from now on!! Overall, this is the second baymont we have stayed at this year and I guarantee that it was enough to make it our last!!"

"the room didn't have a phone to call front desk. The parking lot was very steep and bumpy. We were on motorcycles so this was a problem. The washing machine was broken. The hotel advertised breakfast on weekends, from May 1 thru September but there was no breakfast available. We were there on Saturday May 9th. The desk clerk said the owners weren't prepared to serve. They did offer a shuttle but the fee was $25 per person."

"The heater and phone wasn’t working correctly so we changed rooms. In my opinion the staff should have brought me keys to the new room and offered to help change rooms. I was asked to come get them. The new room the TV wasn’t working and the hostess came to trouble shoot to get it successfully working. She was pleasant"

"Room was highly perfumed/cleaning supplies, not good for people with allergies. No closet, limited supply of towels and toilet paper. Bed was comfortable enough but the pillows were hard. "

"We didn’t realize there was no elevator but it was in accessibility info, but I just never looked at that. The staff was excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was good."

"I would have preferred a bit better security on the room lock, like a door that bolts rather than just a push-button lock. Also, I should have read description better but not having a fridge and microwave was a challenge as someone who has food allergies."
