"I did not have any restful nights during my stay, 4/24/26-4/26/26. Every night until about 2am, the guest above me walked very hard. Saturday night felt intentional because the stomps kept getting harder and louder. When attempting to call the front desk, i discovered that the room phone did not work, so i called from my cell phone. First night of the stomping, hotel security/staff was sent to the floor above me (4th floor) to check it out and stated that he did not hear any noise. Ok, fine. The second night, the upstairs guest were no longer just walking hard, they were stomping, just going back and forth across the room. I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk AGAIN. This is Sunday, around 1am, I called to complain again and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude, kept cutting me off from speaking, very dismissive and had hung up on me, so i called back. I called 2 or 3 times, no answer, then she called my cellphone back and said, "You keep calling, I was helping a guest. What do you need?", in a tone that projected frustration. I asked for her and her managers name, she responded with 'im the night audit' or something, couldnt make out what she said because she was speaking too fast. As for the managers name, all she said was that the manager works tomorrow. When i asked for their actual names, she stated that i didnt need theirs name. So i just hung up. The next morning i reported her behavior to the young man working the front desk Sunday morning."

"25 floors in this hotel 1 elevator working totally full hotel with 300 high school prom going on 25th floor we weren’t informed about the elevator and I was traveling with my Mother which is handicapped I walked the stairs from our 15th floor room several times because of full capacity elevator during our stay but my mother could not walk she waited 15-20 minutes several times for the elevator daily we were at the hotel for 3 days and when we asked to talk to manager about the elevator the desk employee was very very rude and short and said you need to talk to management and nobody is available write an email!!! This is ridiculous and customer service in the hospitality industry should be better at this hotel we paid good money and tipped well Parking alone was $150 dollars 50 a night the other staff like valet and security and bartender were amazing!!! They need to look at who they put at the desk talking to the guest. Very disappointed and will definitely be sending that email to corporate "

"PLEASE READ, LOTS OF INFO *It was very clean. *Very comfortable beds. *Staff were amazing and very kind. *Kinda loud till maybe 10 but then was better. We were on the 9th floor, bar is on the 11th so that could be why. *Breakfast, we did not get I feel it was very over priced at $20 a person. *I do wish there was a mini fridge, you can get one if you pay extra for it. *TV has basic channels, so not much to watch. *It's not really a young kid friendly place, more a adult party hotel. *There absolutely nothing for young kids or teens to do. I traveled with 2 17year olds. *Its a great hotel if you're 21+ and like the bars or a party seen."
