"This place is beautiful!"

"Check in was a breeze, staff was extremely nice. There was an ice storm coming and the manager (Flo I believe) had a meeting about what the procedures would be if we lost power. Breakfast was pretty good. Lots of options! The room was clean and comfortable. The one thing I should bring up is the door going outside from the pool was broken, our key wouldn’t open it; and as the lock on the door itself was broken, my husband was able to slip his finger in and open it that way. We ended up changing our flight out to escape the pending ice and the hotel staff graciously refunded our last day even though it wasn’t obligated to do so…. Absolutely staying again when we come back to Houston in a few months. "
