"I went venue/ hotel shopping for my wedding and I was empress with varali it will definitely be my top recommendation for my wedding guest only thing I didn’t like is having to wait 45 plus minutes for their breakfast buffet that’s open to the public. We were told guest have priority but we still almost waited about and hr watching group after group get seated for me if they would have told me it was going to be that long I would have just gone elsewhere instead of telling me we were going to be the next hotel guest seat which ended up being a lie "

"amazing hotel , I was there with my children and felt safe , the staff was amazing and very responsive to anything we needed , truly a great place to stay the vacation in mazatlan ,,,, very quiet despite being on ocean view ,,, and the reason why I loved it even more is because they are pet friendly and allowed my dog stay with me and it was great . Special thanks to Rodolfo, Eduardo, Alexa and Jazmin at the reception, also Ramon was always ready to help when needed. Thank you to Mario, Ibrahim and Abelardo at the restaurant. Little advice, in general you have to improve the breakfast menu and the coordination between Restaurant, swimming pool and the hotel to avoid misunderstanding. In a good note I will be happy to come back with my wife in December and I hope she would have as good impression as me and that we would enjoy our Christmas time in Beautiful Mazatlán.
