"Hello my state at this hotel was horribly. When we first got there we were very surprised to see how shabby the front desk and lounge looked for a hotel located in the downtown Medical District of Dallas. We were greeted by a lovely woman who checked us into our rooms. My mother and I were given room 211 second floor. When trying to use the 2 room keys we couldn't get them to work, so i had to go back to examine that the keys weren't activated. The desk clerk reactivated them and had me test it on the gym door. It workes, so i go back to get into my room same thing tried several times thankfully a maintenance worker just happened to see us struggling and to us we had to swipe 💳 it really fast a few times and it would work and it did. When we got into the room we were so disappointed we put our things down and looked a round and found trash on the floor, yogurt and oreo cookie cereal, and spoons used in the mini refrigerator, a toliet that had not been cleaned but with fresh towels in the bathroom.A dirty floor with hair and toliet paper. I usually unpack my baggage, but not this time I was afraid I be bringing back bed bugs. We stayed one night and left. I guess you get what you pay for when its a $100 a night room with 3 *** in Dallas Tx. And on our way out i left my charger went back to get it and the key wouldn't work had to wait 10 mins for a housekeeper to show up and tell me you need to jiggle the key card to get the door open. Don't waste your MONEY HERE."

"This was the most disgusting, unsafe, unsanitary hotel I have ever experienced. You could see handprints on the doors in the room, mold in the tub, smears all over the TV and the dressers. we left and I’m still waiting for my money back. It is next to two strip clubs and we saw Someone leaving the hotel who was probably working from the strip club. front desk management rude all they care about is the money, Did not even want to breathe in the air in the room. the smell of marijuana in the halls and elevator. JUST GROSS"
