The property is well situated looking over the sea loved the room we stayed in with balcony

I've stayed here approx 6 or 7 times over the last year, its always a 5 star experience. Its a beautiful place set back from a road (not a busy road). Its always exceptionally clean and tidy. Staff are always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The full English breakfast is fantastic, always hot. I always try and stay here when I'm up visiting family and hope to stay again in Feb 2024.

Room was lovely and spacious and was full of character. Very comfortable. Breakfast included in price was excellent and freshly made. There was a bath but no shower. For our one night stay this was fine but would be more of an inconvenience if you’re there for longer.

I’ve gone past this hotel so many times over the years when I was seeing someone who lived in caister. She always put me off going there I’m so glad we split up and I didn’t listen to her and stayed here Lovely hotel. Very clean. We recently stayed for two nights at The Cliffe Hotel in Lowestoft and were very pleased with our experience. hotel was lovely very clean and staff very friendly. food was great as I am a bit of a picky eater there was lots on menu for me to choose from.

The location was not what we expected from a seaside hotel

We had a WONDEFUL stay. I have to admit, when we arrived, we were not at all sure, but within a short period of time, it became very apparent that we had made a good choice. The room was spacious, air-conditioned and a huge bed, very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant most evenings, save one (which was a terrible mistake, btw), but he next evening we were back at the Balcony Restaurant, where the service & food were impeccable. Amazing room it had everything we needed for the weekend

This hotel was lovely. Welcoming staff The room was clean the location is great. Wouldn’t recommend getting a room at the front if you have children it might be a bit noisy early hours of the morning. The room was lovely fantastic view comfy bed think it would have been nice if the windows were slightly cleaner but it wasn’t a massive problem. All the little additions that make a great b&b are considered and make the stay special. The breakfast is good value and the service is really attentive and aimed to give you a great experience. The information they provide is also helpful but they could do with up dating some of the restaurant reccomendations which were in some cases overly optimistic in the presentation! Fab stay would thoroughly reccomend.

Peace, pigs, no tv,, friendly hosts, cakes, fresh eggs, park beside accommodation, cards and games in cupboard, warm . cosy, What more could you ask for.
